A 70 series 1911, a Wilson tuned Beretta, and a Super Redhawk the way it should have been made. There is no debate. Note that the 1911 has is well into the 15k rd ct and is flawlessly reliable.

While Wilson does an excellent job with the berettas, the only variant of the 92 worth it's weight is the GSD.
Anyway, they're pretty girls you got there. ETA: the GSD is how it should've been all along. |

Love the SRH!
It looks like a grown up GP100 that way, without the Hugh Jass cylinder frame extension before the barrel. That, combined with the GP style grip of the SRH (which I like, seems closer to the trigger guard than the Redhawk), man, that's about perfect! Nice! |

Love the Wilson modified Beretta and wouldn't mind having a Super Redhawk. But I have no interest in the 1911 platform anymore. I've owned many of them over the years and have tried my best to like them, but I just don't. If I crave .45 ACP for some reason, I'll scratch that itch with a Glock 21, an M&P or an HK.
