Inspired by another thread...

I wear a Movado....WHEN I wear a watch.

Just a basic, no nonsense thing.

I'll look for a pic...this may take some time....

What do you wear?

Eta: This isn't it, but as close as I could find....and I'm tired of looking.

None. Haven't since I got out of the Army. Can't stand having something on my wrist. Always have my cellphone or something around with a clock, so don't need one.

Only purpose I have for a watch is as an emergency compass!

Tag Heuer.

Birthday gift from my wife in 1992.

G-Shock or a Suunto.

I own an old Omega Speedmaster Professional Chrono, but I never wear it. It was a graduation gift.

ETA: I got a 5.11 Shooter's watch for Xmas that I still haven't worn yet either.

I don't wear one much but when I do it's either my old Timex expedition or my Citizen Eco-drive.

A semi-cheap Timex.

A nice, simple, polished metal analog Timex that my wife gave me several years ago.

I have a nice Pulsar that I bought when I graduated high school, but I no longer even wear it when dressed up. I'd rather wear that Timex, and as far as I can tell it keeps the same time.

Link Posted: 3/2/2006 10:15:03 PM EDT
Usually an analog Timex. I would like a Tag, but $$$.

My almost everyday watch: my Citizen Aqualand Duplex Titanium dive watch. Good to 200M. Upgraded with a solid titanium band as well. (Yes, I'm a diver.)

Timex 100-lap Ironman (red) that I bought at the St. George (UT) Marathon expo in '94.

It's not really anything fancy, but it's a $75 watch that I got for free, so I can't complain.

Cheap casio, the battery wears down or it gets scratched up I pay another $24 and get a new one. I wont spend big money on a watch, cuts into my gun budget.
Link Posted: 3/2/2006 11:22:03 PM EDT
Don't wear a watch, hate 'em.

But, I do have one of these if I'm dressed halfway decent.

Mine is just like this one, only in silver. It's a 1924 Rolex, that my father carried. It's well used, but it's got history.

I go splurg on extravagances for myself. I wear a cheap ass Timex Iron Man. I have a nice Seiko that a girlfirend bought me 16 years ago but the battery died long ago and I haven't worn it in at least 12 years.

Tourneau brand watch.. (i'll take a pic later and it was only around $300) I only wear it when i'm in a suit

20 dollar Timex from Wally-World.

I wear cheap watches for the same reason I
wear cheap sunglasses.

I'm going to break or lose them in short order, so,
I just avoid paying big bucks for them in the first place.
