My guess, after viewing her written "Complaint," is she has tapes of O'Reilly's phone sex. At the very least, he will come out looking like a dirty old man. Say goodbye to The Factor. Like Marv Albert, O'Reilly will have to serve some sort of pennitence, before resuming a prime time career.
My question is who will replace him? Will Hannity take it over. Will Scarborough drop Ronnie Reagan Junior and move to Fox, where his conservative views are more welcomed? |
+1 Femacunt 100%. She should be sentanced to a life of cooking and cleaning for some asshole guy. Hopefully she will never procreate. |

No, ....... she looks like she HAS testicles! (and a penis) Zen "This is my rifle, there are many like it, but this one is mine" |

Nah oreilly is very popular, highest rated cable news show? Rush got caught with drugs and people still listen to him. It will hurt him but he will still be on TV. |

Andrea Mackris is an acquaintance of my wife, LadyLiberty here on arfcom.
I won't speak for my wife, but I believe Andrea Mackris to be credible based on what I know. -LS |

Lets just say for the sake of argument that everything she says is true. Who cares? These stupid sexual harassment laws are bullshit. If he didn't threaten to fire her unless she put out, it is femnazi crap. Women don't deserve special rights or treatment in the work place. Zen "This is my rifle, there are many like it, but this one is mine" |

I think she's attractive.
Lose the scowl, and more would agree. |
She looks pretty average . Height/ weight proportionate. You guys all dating Playmates? I didn't think so.
I have read the complaint and it does look "bad" for O'Reilly. If she and her lawyer did try to extort $60 Million from him and Fox, that makes her look bad too. Just like Kobe, and all the other cases like this... for me BOTH parties seem guilty. Could care less and hope they all end up owing lots of money to their lawyers. And then I hope their lawyers die choking on some caviar at a fancy restaraunt. Good riddance to them ALL...

It looks to me like she was playing along with his phone coversations in order to build a case against him. Nobody would just sit and listen to that kind of offensive stuff that many times for that long unless they had an underlying motivation. On the other hand, if what she says is true, what he did and said was utterly offensive and totally inappropriate in the situation.
Her complaint certainly reads like a smutty book. There is no way she could remember all that detail without notes, tape recordings, etc. True or not, it's a sad day when this kind of filth gets slung around. |
Yup. I read through O'Reilly's version of events, and don't remember him denying the conversations took place. Most of his indignation centered around the dollar amount she asked, rather than the charges themselves. |
Ok forgive my ignorance but WHO IS she? and why should O Reilly be sorry?
Sorry guys, but I'd hit it in a heartbeat without thinking twice.
Anyone who thinks she is good looking currently has a blood alcohol level of at least .08. At .16, even Rosie O'Donell begins to have a come-hither look. Which is one reason why alcohol scares the sh*t out of me.
O'Reilly is right: Phone sex is the only way to do that broad.
There you go. Out of Court Settlement with agreement that nothing is spoken openly. Opportunity knocks and somebody didn't pass it up. |
I have nailed chicks uglier than her |

Sound slike my new sigline as soon as the election is over. thanks V.... I was looking for a new sigline. |

You know, I normally reserve judgement on cases like this until a trial, when the evidence is actually presented. However, I have to say that the fact that she RETURNED to Fox, O'Reilly specifically and in fact calling him to ask for her old job back, after supposedly enduring years of sexual abuse from HIM, makes her entire claim suspect. Given that it seems that she participated in these phone sex conversations for years without filing formal complaints with Fox and returned to the situation after leaving raises a huge red flag in my book.
Women like her who file ridiculous lawsuits make it that much harder for the few women out there who have legitimate problems to have their day. I imagine that the ACLU and friends will be jumping all over this one without looking into her story and the obvious contradictions her behavior presents.... |
I think she is lying.
The transcripts have O'Reilly commenting on her fine rack - she obviously doesn't have a nice rack. It's a ploy to boost her fragile ego. |
Hell, the scowl only makes her more attractive. She looks like she wants to give me the needed discipline that I so desperately deserve. |
Just saw her PMSNBC..she's a fat hog. SHe's about 5' 10" weighs about 170 and looks mean as hell. I would'nt trust this woman with anything she says. She has chip on her shoulder and is being used by the DNC.
She did'nt get fired, did'nt get propositioned for sex, did'nt have any sexual contact or was never touched by Bill. Purely a political move or money or both. She's a fat skank. |
Once you are out of your 20s, the average woman at 5 10 is going to BE at least 170 or so. Its a rare woman with good genetics who will not be 20-30 lbs heavier than she was in her teens , especially after childbirth. |
Fuck oreilly, he's a pompous ass and now obviously a hipocrite. for weeks up until 9/11 he opened his show with tirade after tirade about what a dirty scumbag gary condit was. if this chick was banging orielly she was smart to start taping when she decided to break it off in view of how the chandry levy situation ended.
Let's see, taped the phone conversation...so she goers to jail, electronic eavesdropping is generally a crime.
Depends on the state. Some allow it if at least one side knows it's being done. Others require the consent of both. |
I think if she smiled she would be ok. I'm afraid if I drank too much Rosie O'Donnel might do me.
Never say that again, please... |
60 million it would have been a lot cheaper to call one of those 900 numbers.
I read some of the accusations. Frankly, I just don't buy it.
Well, it could be worse. The only positive for Bill is that at least she let the world know that he has a big schlong!
"Depends on the state. Some allow it if at least one side knows it's being done. Others require the consent of both."
I might be wrong, so I will check on this, but I believe it's a FEDERAL crime to record any conversation without the other party's knowlege, without a search warrant. |
Check up on it then. In NYS, as long as one party knows the recording is being made, its legal. |
