I have no experience with them but I sent an upper to them today.  They have very good feedback around here.

Shop services here-->www.adcofirearms.com/shopservices.cfm.  'Attach your muzzle device: Permanent Install of Vortex or Phantom' is near the bottom.

Pick either the 5C1 or 5C2 flash-suppressor here-->www.adcofirearms.com/acc/LMT.cfm?page=.

I have a thread here-->www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=118&t=200367 if you are specifically trying to decide between the 5C1 or the 5C2.

Good luck.

Mine is on its way back from ADCO as we speak. LW contouring, threading, and intstallation of FF rail system.

I've got an M4 stock equipped lower and a Phantom 5C2 ready and waiting.

I am not getting a lug. sent a RR upper just for threading. it was around $60.00 including the flashider. I know they give a 2% or so discount for payment with a money order.
