I'm at a loss this year.  My (retired) parents are cheap as shit, don't have any hobbies to speak of and generally don't do a damn thing except for work around their house(s) and go to church.  I normally try to get them something they wouldn't normally buy for themselves but would still enjoy.  I try to keep it around the $100 price point.

The past couple of years:

Wifi enabled blu ray player
Keurig machine
Texas de Brazil gift card

Since I know this place well I'll go ahead and say it, booze and guns are out.  They don't drink and they don't like guns.  Oh, and dad has every tool known to man.

Gift card for a fine dining if they like to eat out. Or gift card for food store. Or take them out for dinner a few times; you will miss them when they are no longer around!

This is GD, why don't you buy them their own house? then you can move upstairs.

My dad is easy, I have never seen a guy break so many tools each year. I just keep track of what he's broken and try to replace it for him at Christmas.

I typically replace their computer every couple of years...they can't figure out simple file maintenance.

Other options would be Amazon Prime gift memberships if they shop online.  That's one of the things I did last Christmas.

I'm getting my folks a pair of Olights or 2 Klarus XT11s with a charging station.

Any museums etc that the like to visit?  We used to get my parents an annual membership to a local restored village and museum.  The loved the place and spent a lot of time there over the summer just walking around checking out the exhibits etc..  Heck, I'm so old the church I went to as a kid is there.
