I'm trying to figure out what kind of animal this is. The pics were taken from a game camera. It looks like a house cat, but I think its too big to be a cat. Its also in a very remote area. The game camera is set up in North West Montana. About 60 miles east of Idaho, and 100 miles south of Canada. Somewhat close to Glacier National park if you know where that is. About half the people I talk to say its a house cat, the other half think it can't be but have no idea what it is.

Looks like a cat to me. Maybe a mountain lion or cougar kitten?

Your joking right? It is clearly a cat. Around here cats keep the coyote population well fed!

Are you sure this picture was taken in North America? I checked the pixels and now believe it may be a hyena or baboon.

Catious meowimus.
Looks awfully curious. Hope it's still alive. |

This could be the new litmus test. If you can't tell that's a cat, you're retarded.

Purple pinch possum.
Young, hasn't developed it's full color yet . . . (or a cat, could go either way) |
