My vote would be for judicial appointments. TELL THEM what is going to happen. "Either put them up for a vote or I'll appoint them"

Anyone else?

Hillary Clinton, out the window.

But seriously, probably Social Security reform and Supreme Court nomination.

Judicial nominations will have a high priority... The SCOTUS is missing its Chief Justice...

First he will take care of Fallujah. Iraqi elections and iraqi security are the most important things on the table now.

Domestically, he will push his nominees first.

Go for making his tax cuts permanent and expanding them second.

I wonder if tax system reform is still on the table.

I want to see him on Al Jazeera with in a huge cowboy hat, with a bandana across his face, holding an automatic weapon saying, "The streets of Mecca shall run red with the blood of the insurgency."

Until Rehnquist resigns or dies, he is still the Chief Justice. Even in a coma, he can only be removed via impeachment and conviction.

Now, there are plenty of Federal Judicial nominees that the Dems were holding up... This will be Ws first order of business.
