Mine is always in the lower 50s. Usually about 53ish. Sometimes I can get it in the 60s at rest.

Seems a bit low according to charts I see so I'm curious where others fall.

Mine is 56, but I always assumed that was healthy. I think 50-75 ish and you're good. If you run a lot of marathons, do a lot of cardio, etc., your resting rate will be lower. I run about 6 marathons a year and try to run 40-60 miles a week. My resting rate is rarely above the 50s.

Mine is in the 32-34 bpm range. Doc says that's marathon runner territory, I chuckled.

Low 60's.

I'm 56. No longer able to run but still on low impact cardio.

I would tell you, but checking my pulse seriously freaks me out.

I went hiking for five hours today had dinner and just got out of a hot shower and it's 80bpm

I don't know what it is, I know that its a pain in the ass to donate blood because my resting heart rate is low, so I don't give blood anymore.

Not everyone, at least one person with a resting hearbeat in the low to mid 30s appears to exhibit bradycardia.

Last time I had it checked the super hot nurse said it was over 100.
She suggested that I make plans to incorporate a Cardiologist into my overall health care plan, and
ended with "I suggest you do that sooner than later"

I attributed it to her being so hot but I should get it checked by an ugly nurse next time

My heart was damaged due to an allergic reaction to a shot of depo medrol. Without my heart medication it hangs out around 140bpm, with medication around 62.

Last check was 44. Has been as low as 42 but not recently.

Link Posted: 1/19/2015 7:06:03 PM EST
Five years ago it averaged around a 100bpm and jumped to the 200 range on occasion. $140,000 later, a jet ride and some time in ICU it stays closer to 60.

Link Posted: 1/19/2015 7:15:58 PM EST
Mune used to be 130 at the lowest....Constantly....

Now it ranges between 60-85 and that makes me so happy!!!

Link Posted: 1/19/2015 7:46:58 PM EST

I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week.
