I was just curious what the average AR15 nuts mag of choice is.
I guess that I should have put my choice down:
Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement, seems to have the most AR15 material. |
... National Geographic
... Arizona Highways ... Wired ... Scientific American ... Discover ... National Defense Magazine ... Penthouse |
Architectural Digest
Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement Car and Driver |
Guns of the Old West
Dog World San Francisco Chronicle [news paper] Shotgun News Gun List Oriental Dolls [naughty] |
Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement
Popular Mechanics American Rifleman In-Fisherman Collectible Automobile (which, btw would work out better if it had staples so, like the old Playboys, you could read it flat.) In fact, shouldn't all auto magazines be longer left to right rather than tall and narrow? Autos and trucks are, after all, longer than they are tall. I guess this shaped magazine wouldn't show up too well on the newstand. Automobile Quarterly is the only one I know of that makes their magazine (book) sort of the right way, but they are only available by subscription. |
Double Gun Journal
This is the only rag I care to read anymore as the rest seem to be driven by biased reviews performed by mfgs, not shooters. IMHO, CH |
maxim
racing milestones circle track shotgun news chevy high performance hot rod limbaugh letter |
Gun Tests & Shotgun News.
I am also old school and still subscribe to magazine porn, Penthouse. |
I subscribe to:
GQ The Economist I use to have a subcription to Barely Legal, but my county doesn't allow it. LFP cannot ship to my zip code. |
American Rifleman
U S News Consumer Report Gun Tests(like consumer report for guns,no ads) |
FHM/Maxim (almost same thing, just differnt chicks)
Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement Motortrend Car & Driver I'm not really a magazine kinda guy. I like newspapers, but w/ all the free stuff on the net, why buy anything anymore? I probably guy 5-7 mags a year. I have an FHM Subscription, but that was like $10 for two years, and I just wanted the calander. |
I subscribe to S.W.A.T. Magazine
GWLE, just deals with to much police stuff, traffic stops, propper techniques to cuffing suspect, searching for suspects, etc. |

I mean, WTF is up with the fiction (always skip that part). I think I miss Flynch most of all, & Noyes was always on a totally different level. Not to mention Fritz & Chopperman's Choppin Safari. Still, there doesn't seem to be any other US published custom bike mag that will even admit that HD isn't the only bike in existance as much as choppers go. Nobody else seems to remember or feature Sportster & Triumph/BSA choppers, much less chopped SOHC Honda 4's, Guzzi's or BMW's. Snow & the old IH crew have immunized me from Evo Ness-mess garbage wagons. |

Excellence
AutoWeek Playboy GQ American Rifleman SAR Velocity and a bunch more I can't remember |

The only magazines I receive is America’s 1st Freedom, Dillon Precision, and the Cheaper than dirt magazines, everything else is online.

BTW I have a hard time believing that there are places that censor what can be mailed, what is the First about anyway? |
