I've seen some oilwell firefighting equipment with a jet engine mounted on a truck frame, but there is no protection for the driver on this thing.
My guess is runway snowblower/dryer... |

An alternate view of the engines in fabricated brackets. Why would they convert this many jet engines to blowers? Wouldn't firing up a jet engine push that truck around/tear it off that home-made platform?

It was very effective, but was making a hellova noise that would instantly wake you up. |
