Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What is the value (current value) of a Polish Underfolder kit?

I posted this over at AK discussions, but haven't had any hits...

I know prices have gone crazy in the past 3 years on these. I'm sure they have tripled. With all that in the past, what would be a fair to good buy on a Polish underfolder kit that has never been assembled? It's complete. Thanks.

Having never bought any kits myself, but seeing prices in print and online, I would take a guess at $400-450.



Or, I could send you a big box and a $50 bill and you could send it back to me with the kit inside the box.

I've built a romy, does an UF go together pretty much the same with the exception of the stock?
