I saw one locally for $400 out the door. Good price or not? The new 3rd gens were $525 out the door.

If it's excellent shape, 400 is about right. Old police Glocks can be obtained for around 325-350 depending.

Usually about 400.

Yeah, my local guy has your choice of Glock model for $529 OTD.

There was a 2nd gen G19 with factory night sights for $429 the other day. Seemed somewhat reasonable.

I just bought a bunch of g17's for 330 shipped.

I can't imagine paying 400 for a used one.

I just bought a g22 for 305 shipped, too. :D

The best deal out there for a decent one online is about $350. $400 is about average for a local deal with no transfer fee required.

(ETA: locally, ) some clown is offering a G30 whose serial indicates it was made in November, 2002, with 6 used mags, for $560. the slide has been "refinished", which from the pics, means spray painted krylon green, and in need of a strip and $40 duracoat.

I know he'll accuse me of low-balling him, but i figure I'm being generous to value the pistol at $350, and the 4 extra used mags at $15, for a grand total of $410.
