considering available games, and everything else, the xbox360 premium is the best out there. Can play most original xbox titles, as well as any new games that come out for the new platform.

I saw 4 pallets of them in Bend Oregon the other day at costco, and they werent selling as fast as you think they would. Best Buy and Fred Meyer in bend also had them in stock last weekend. |

If you want te widest possible selection of games go with the PS2.
If you mostly play FPS (like most folks around here) go with the X-Box as it does these better & the whole interweb on-line thing. Best part of the X-Box is modding it!  Like stated you will have A tough time finding A 360 right now. Also given the current games available & the yes/no state of backward compatibility I would have A hard time justifying it. |

for shooters, pc is the best. that crappy x360 controller is so unrealistic for aiming. its like aiming like a stiff robot.
now the nintendo revolution with that revmote could be fantastic for shooters....if they make lots of fps for them. |
