HIV, chemotherapy for The Cancer, or some other medical condition is causing him to lose weight and look frail. He looks horrible without makeup. IIRC, he's 70, about the same age as Trump.

117lbs? He's 6' 2" - at 117, I doubt he'd be able to keep himself upright.

He's 70 and tbh, a lot of ppl start aging fairly quickly in their 70s. He's had a pretty hard life of parties, drugs (I assume), alcohol and stress. Probably just catching up with him.
