I get 4Mb down (I don't know what the up rating is) from the cable company. 9Mb down is the top tier.

DSL and wireless are also availible, but I don't know the specs.

TWRR - 5 down, 512 up. When the cable guy was just here last week, he said it will go up to 8-9 and 1-2 up in the next 3 months without having to to the "pro" service.

Also available is Verizons DSL service, two plans available.. 768/128 and 3/768. Earthlink is available in 5/384 (cable) and 1.5/128 (DSL). Verizon's fiber service is available as 5/2, 15/2, and 30/5.

Normally there is DSL up to 3mbit, or wireless up to 1mbit (for cusotmers). Since I work for the ISP, and have my own 802.11a backhaul antenna shooting from my house to the office, technically my connection is only limited by the equipment - in this case 54 megabit. I never get that though, more like 40-48 megabit MAX, early in the morning when the network isnt being stressed as much. During normal hours, I get roughly 18-25 megabit down, 12-18megabit up.

Neither. Local Internet Service Provider. We are in the process of getting co-located with Verizon so we can start offering our own dial tone and DSL, with our own equipment. That is gonna take a while to finish that process though.

We do offer DSL right now, but only through verizon. We do have our own wireless services, and I engineer and maintain the access points. I also get to install customers a little here and there when its real busy, but most of the time I am working on network expansion (and lately, traffic shaping/bandwidth management).
