Working the local gun store tomorrow (The Arms Room for the locals) and when I worked there before I always wore my Glock 17 with a +2 extension and 20rds of Ranger +Ps but lately I've been having a Sig fetish so I'm considering wearing my P229 SRT. So since GD rules everything around me (get the money dolla dolla bill y'all) I figured that I'd let you guys decide.

Glock 17 - 20rds of +P Rangers, extended mag release, extended slide release, half rap sights, ghost trigger etc..
P229 - 9mm -  16rds of +P Rangers, SRT system (short reset trigger system and short trigger)

You have to ask???

<cough> Sig <cough>

Just think of the collateral damage the Glock would do if you accidentally pulled the pin!

Only when we are riding out horses into town. Once we get there, we stow the six shooters in the saddle bag and strap on them modren fancy guns to impress the lady folk.

Don't you have some cheese to make?

You would be the surprised how many punks think they can rob a gun store.  Especially the ones who cannot legally buy them.

Wear the Sig, until you get to the store. Then buy a 1911, and carry it!

SIG, just to do something different than every other swinging dick behind a gun counter wearing Glock or 1911.

37 replies & nobody asked why you have a P229 in 9mm?

Use that employee discount on a .40 barrel & magazines.

Well, I've actually had this same question, as I worked at a pawn shop in a very bad part of Omaha.
I carried a H&K USP 9 with 16 rounds of corbon 115 +P.
I eventually switched to a Glock 30SF with 230Hydra shok.
Sigs get heavy.
Also, if you don't have some guns hid around the store, you need to.
