I recently had my account locked. I didn't do anything aggressive/profane to cause the action. I made a mistake in looking over a post. The typical thread where the person posting can't make their link work. I read the title and scrolled to the working video link. It was a young girl playing with a dog. I did not realize it was a members daughter and a video he shot. I thought it was someone else posting a video of said girl. I made a pedo bear comment(jokingly) , which I see here all the time. To the member whose daughter it was I sincerely apologize. Really.I never meant any malice, nor ill will. I had a few beers as it was late. It was my fault for not reading the first post. Irregardless I was locked. I emailed the sight staff explaining my remorse and accidental wrongdoing. I received a response that if anything was done it would be to lock my account for longer. WTH? We all make mistakes and I tried to own up to it. My question to those of you who often post obnoxious/profane comments, or have a crazy high post count, is what is the defining line? I have not, nor would I, intentionally misbehave to warrant such action. I just want to have some fun here. Please don't lock me for asking an honest question.
