One of these...  except I got two.  I've been bad at not buying anything C&R lately.  The last item in my book was from 2001.

One looks great with lots of matching #'s and the other is coated in cosmo.

Everyone who doesn't have a C&R, what are you waiting for?

I just got one myself for Christmas.  Have fun with all the cosmo!  I recommend baking at 150deg and wiping, baking and wiping, baking and wiping..........

Cool. I've got a beat to shit Norinco SKS that still runs like a champ. I just keep it in my trunk with a Chinese 100 round bandolier. I've only got $60 in the damn thing. They are hard to beat for a dirt cheap, effective, reliable weapon.

The Yugo 59/66 SKS is one of the best C&R values around today.  I had forgotten how light the recoil is until I got one.  I had to leave all my SKS's back in Canada when I moved here.

My M59/66 is the best 10 dollars I ever spent. After removing the cosmoline, I had a gun with decent wood and perfect metal. The best value in semi-automatic rifles, hands down.

A couple more SKS sources:

AIM Surplus (absolutely top-notch customer service)
Interordnance (good SKS selection right now)

Not sure yet.  I've been messing with a new flash suppressor for my Poly M14.  I'll get around to the Yugo's eventually.

I'll never understand why people want that OLD JUNK in their gun collections.

I wouldn't keep those if they were GIVEN to me.

Ummm, because a K31 is every bit as good as any firearm on the market today?
Because an SKS is an excellent trunk gun?

But hey, I wish more people thought the way you do!

I would'nt badmouth the K-31...The stocks may look rough but, inside most look like new including the bores. The swiss used non corrosive ammo, I've yet to see a K-31 with a bad bore....And these are accurate rifles,  2" groups at 100yds is about par for the course with these, The triggers on these rifles break like a glass rod, they are excellant! The first Military bolt gun match I shot was with a K-31...I came in 3rd, out of about 35 shooters, beating quite a few '03's and '03A3's  at 200yds shooting prone and offhand. They are well worth $89.95,

HERE is a link to a site I help out on with detailed instructions on what to do. Basically you send $30.00 and the application for a license that's good for 3 years. Aside from the firearms you can buy you also get dealer prices from Midway, Brownell's, etc.
Email me if you have more questions.

I don't think you get the concept of collecting.  A '69 Judge GTO would qualify as old junk as in no way is it superior to what you can buy today.

??? Do what? You think modern cars are better than a Goat? How about a '67 Chevelle SS, or '68 camaro Z28? A '70 Olds 442 or a '71 Charger? Is a hot rod Honda better than a 'Cuda?
Maybe I misunderstood ya.

Milled components throughout...
More accurate than an AK...
More reliable than a Mini-14...
Better finish and furniture than some modern hunting rifles...

Delivered to your doorstep (with absolutely no FFL involvement) for under $100.

Yep, that's "junk" alright...
