You'll get experiences from people that span from one end of the gamut to the other.
The first complete upper I ever bought from them (about two years ago) did not ship for over 2 weeks so I called them and they said they were waiting on the charging handle "and they did not know when they were going to get them in" What!
I told them to go ahead and ship without it. The box arrived a few days later with a charging handle inside! Weird but I was just happy everything came.

Since then I've ordered from them about a half a dozen times and everything shipped within a day or two and I never had any missing parts from LPK's like others have experienced.

I'd give them 9 out of 10 stars.

Thanks.

A 2 week ship time would not kill me.

For me lately things have taken almost a week to ship out.

Also my last LPK had a few parts that were way out of spec and did not fit. They did send replacements free of charge, yet another week to even ship out.

YMMV

A year ago I ordered a Geissele trigger from them. It had got to three weeks and I called them. They said they were changing something on their server for the way shipping is handled. I asked them if there was anything they could do to expedite things and I felt like I was blown off. I asked if they posted anything saying there would be a delay or an email I may have missed. He said they didn't do any kind of notification. It was close to two weeks later before my trigger arrived.

Nearly 5 weeks from order to delivery without any kind of apology for not notifying there would be a delay in shipping. I was not happy and haven't ordered from them since. If they would have given any kind of delay notification I would have been ok....

I have experienced everything from weeks of processing to almost immediate.  It is nothing like it was a couple years ago.  Just be patient and check everything when you get it.  I have always been satisfied with the items/price.

I ordered 2 BCG and 4 boxes of .22 yesterday and it has been marked as shipped this morning.

Their prices are right and they seem to offer quality parts.       I'd like to help them on their web page though.    They need to have a series of articles to help people navigate the complexity.

I ordered a complete upper in late November. I had it in about 10 days.

Same with the stripped lower I ordered January...'bout 10 days from purchase, it was in my hands.

My stripped PSA-10 upper shipped the day after I ordered it.  I'm stilling waiting for the stripped lower, and that was ordered in June.  I would cancel the order if it wasn't for the fact that different brand AR-10 uppers don't play well with different brand AR-10 lowers.  And I know the cocksuckers are making their lowers, because some complete blemished lowers show up on their website from time to time.  Problem is, I already have the lower parts kit, and don't need yet a third trigger, plus they come with the carbine buffer, spring and tube, which won't do so well with the PRS that I have on order.  I don't want to pay an extra $150 for shit that I'm not going to use.

I have no interest in doing business with them again.  8 months is absurd.

I've only ordered from them about 6 times. Every time I got my stuff within 7 business days.
EDIT: I have always got my stuff faster for PSA then AIM. Aim really annoys me with their slow ass shipping. I rarely buy from them anymore.

I have had parts take up to 2 weeks, firearms (complete or receivers) are usually less than a week.

Anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks.

Had one go over 2 weeks, posted on their forum in the Industry Area. Got a ship notice that night.

I think a few orders do get lost between the cracks, but your best bet is contact them here. They have been actively responding on their forum. I have not heard of anybody having good luck with email or telephone (although I have not kept up in the past month or two).

FWIW I've been to the Mt. pleasant store and never had an issue. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Just don't expect many of the super deals to be in stock in the store.

This(Sort'a).

I'm in Oregon and order from PSA a couple of times a month.
I KNOW there are folks here that post that they get their shit in a couple/few days
but I don't even START looking for MY stuff inside the first three weeks.

I still loves 'em though

I either have my order delivered within 36 hours of placing it or they take 2+ weeks to process the order before it ships. One or the other, no in between.

I had one order take just two days to get here, and another take three weeks.
