I think Im going to try to give up the ole caffeine.  Also I want to make a serious attempt at getting myself into a healthy sleep pattern.  And maybe (if I can find the time) start lifting again.

I made one New Years Resolution 25 years ago and stuck to it.

Sticking to that one resolution was/is a lot of work so I haven't made any more.

Nothing. "Resolutions" are for posers. Change your lifestyle and quit saying "This year, I'm going to...."  I see resolutions in the gym every first week of January and gone by MLK day.
