Damn...I love this!  Violent crime is rocketing up in Britain now...and most of them STILL DON'T GET IT!  The good people of Britain are just stunned that so many guns are still on the streets, being used to shoot the innocents, AFTER they banned all firearms!  Imagine that!  Simply amazing ain't it?

Now...kids are getting whacked for their freaking cell phones!

My favorite part of this story is from the senior peeler at Scotland Yard who made the following understatement:

"Dave Rodgers, vice chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation, said [b]the ban made little difference to the number of guns in the hands of criminals.[/b] [shock] [b](HAH!  This guy just became a poster child for the NRA!)[/b]

There was an article I read in the last few weeks that basically said that.  It said that all the illegal guns were coming from the U.S., with no proof, of course.  Let's see, come across the ocean to the U.S. or go across the channel and buy Glocks, Sigs, Walthers, Uzis, FNs, HKs, etc.  Hmmm, which seems more logical.
