Me, since my son is a Spider Man fanatic, I would give it to him. If he didn't like Spidey or I were kidless, I would most definitely use it for target practice.

Definately target practice. Put it about 400 yards out and practice head shots.

A sister-in-law of mine used to work in HR for a big company in NC. She got ahold of a life-size styrofoam (6'-6"!) Jolly Green Giant. She used to dress him up as different things for various promotions at her company - fireman for Fire Safety Month, Frankenstein for Halloween, etc. She would sometimes have to carve him up a bit to get various outfits on and off. By the end, the guy was pretty ragged. And creepy. As far as the Spider-Man goes, give it to a school or a children's charity.
