What We'll Get: A stubborn bastard that will listen only to his largest contributors

What We Want: A wall, built well and quickly, along our Southern Border from Corpus Christi to San Diego, manned by U.S. Army and National Guard or the Unorganized Militia Volunteers

What We'll Get: A lot of talk, and a lot of hooey about why it can't be done, how it will somehow cost more money than we are spending keeping illegals in free healthcare and education

What We Want: To see wages rise to levels that will entice Americans to Get Off The Dole and Get To Work

What We'll Get: A shitload of cheap, illegal immigrant labor that artificially keeps down wages and encourages Americans to Suck .gov Teat

What We Want: A viable end to the greedy, corrupt gun grabbers/liars inside the Beltway who think that 22,000+ gun laws aren't enough to control us

What We'll Get: Hillary Clinton, voted in by a mass of do-gooder, shallow, facile moronic soccer-moms who would equate a political choice with a fashion statement

What We Want: The Republican Party to stand up, for once, and declare: "We have a majority! You, Mr. Voter, gave us a mandate! We will run the country without giving it away to the Special Interests!"

What We'll Get: McCainiacs. Millions of 'em. Millions who will be duped into following the Party Line, allowing Hillary Clinton or Al Gore or John F. Kerry to run this country into the ground.

What We Want: Identifiably smaller .gov

What We'll Get: Unquestionably larger .gov, no matter who runs the show

What We Want: No amnesty for people who have been breaking our laws for 20+ years

What We'll Get: Those people being treated like they are welcomed guests by both political parties

What We Want: Black Americans to quit whipping out The Race Card, 'cause it's reached a point of "diminishing returns" on White Americans, and 'cause it's "so 1995."

What We'll Get: The Race Card, whipped out again and again until we collectively puke

What We Want: Less "Natalie Holloway" and more "Stories From The Front Lines of the WOT"

What We'll Get: 24-7 wall-to-wall coverage of the next dipshit who murders his tragically beautiful wife

What We Want: No "Azatlan" movement

What We'll Get: "Azatlan" by default when 1 out of every 1.5 Californians identifies themselves as citizens of another country

And everyone who intends to keep voting Republican or Democrat is going to wind up with more of the same for a very long time. I'd rather see a third party I disagree with (socialist, green, etc.) win and go through four years of hell just to get a change.  

"What you want" is sunshine and rainbows.  "What you want" doesn't matter.  These assholes will have had a majority for 8 years when the next election rolls around, and they've wasted it.  We've got no Mexican wall, we haven't gotten the 2A back. Raising the minimum wage as an artificial increase to economic standards does nothing to put more food on the table for American workers, while the leeches will continue to sit at home and collect a welfare check as long as there is one.

All that matters is what the .gov wants.  Money.  Power.  We don't give them either, we're the one "special interest" group with the armament and inclination to take these things away.  We will never do that, and they will never care "what we want".

Voting for a Republican or Democrat is throwing America away.  Your may mistakenly feel your "vote" counts for something by voting for one of those two "groups", but it doesn't.

You head it right on the head.  I agree completely.  I had a some spinal surgery here in Austin, Texas.  I had to wait five hours to get into ICU because ICU was filled with illegals.  There was a Mexican everywhere you looked.

But it's so much more comforting to dream that one day the Republicans will pull their collective head out of their ass and actually be CONSERVATIVE in terms of government and social programs, instead of "morally conservative" like they are now.

This problem will only increase as our 2-party monopoly continues.  This amounts to a choice of UPS and FEDEX.

Yeah, that pretty much says it all. Working where you don't have taxes and corruption, where you get free healthcare and social services and schools that will cater to your kids is probably a much more attractive option.

As long as we are stupid enough to give free services to people willing to take advantage of them, more will arrive, until they suck the country completely dry.

Think Bush ever wondered how he was going to reduce the deficit with the illegal alien albatross hanging around the taxpayer's neck? Oh, wait, he doesn't care.
