It will no longer play my MPEG-2 movies properly. All I get is sound and no picture

I have ffdshow installed, which covers the gamut of codecs and was working fine until a few hours ago. The movies play fine in WinDVD, so I know it's not the source info. |

Did you just download something new that wont play or did all files that worked fine before now wont play anymore?
BTW I have no idea how to help you matter what you answer. |

Alrighty, I downloaded it and it plays my files just fine. I assume since I'm running Windows XP and the non-working program is Media Player, there's no way I can remove it from the OS? |

You can delete it but it's going to be part of the OS. Why not try WINAMP 5.13 ? >
