Since I have plenty of magazines I am letting someone else win the mag that I won from This Thread.

This is a simple math problem not a sequence. This is easier than what I had in mind yesterday.

Find the Center of Gravity (or center of balance) from the Front End for this 3 axle vehicle rounded to the nearest whole inch. Must show your work and include the formula used.

Vehicle Gross Weight: 25,650 lbs
Axle 1: 5,020 lbs
Axle 2: ?????
Axel 3: 10,030 lbs
Front Overhang: 21 inches
Wheel Base: 380 inches
Distance from Axle 2 to Axle 3: 250 inches

Way too easy! Congrats!

The formula I use for these is different but comes out nearly the same. a=arm w=weight ((a1*w2)+(a2*w3)) / Gross weight = 202.315789 + 21 = 223

It's not the most difficult but I know a lot of people that wouldn't know how to do it. It helps that I work in construction and have a basic understanding of structural engineering. I just turned it into a beam in my head.
