An empty SA-7 launcher tube was found by Saudis in Saudi Arabia, and based on "intelligence," warnings were given to US military pilots in the mideast.
Somehow, this warning was expanded to include SA-7 or Stinger missiles that have been, get this, smuggled into the US.
Not a shred of evidence this has happened, or even "intelligence" as they call it. What is the operative phrase, "non-specific threat?"
I, for one, am getting very irritated at these warnings of attacks at the Statue of Liberty, subway attacks, sporting events, etc.,etc., etc....
I know a seized boxcutter doesn't make for an exiting press conference, but lets see some weapons seizures or prosecutions.
It seems time to fish or cut bait with all of the hysterical warnings.
EDIT: Spelling, and I forgot to introduce myself to our designated FBI guy or girl.
