Will Post-Ban AR receivers & others be legal w/what was "Pre-Ban" uppers installed? Will LE/Milit. restricted magazines be OK to own? I knew that!! I was just testing you! (hee-hee)

Brady never sunsets the 1994 "assault weapon ban" is not the brady bill

WHEN the ban sunsets, it will still likely be illegal to own marked magazines. The BATFE is kinda finiky like that. However, it will once again be legal to produce new, unmarked magazines for public sale. After the ban sunsets, you could put 'banned' features on your 'post ban' rifle. I'm planning on threading my barrel and getting a supressor and maybe a screw on flash hider... I will look into this more in the future. :D

Sept 13th 2004 , LE marked stuff will be just like regular stuff, there will be no "pre-ban" anymore. You can do what you want with your stuff (barring anything that would violate NFA)
