My 20's.
Dancing at clubs with hotties to house music.
Drinking all night and then working all day.
No internet.
No politics in my life.
Watching my daughter be born and holding her for the first time.
Not having to think or worry about jumping, running, falling.
Not worrying about money.

I sincerely and desperately miss the tolerance. There was a legitimate belief in “I disapprove of what you say but will die to defend your right to say it”. Yeah there were people who tried to get people fired for what they did outside of work but they were the fringe

Graduated in 95.  I can honestly say I miss it all.  The beeper in the first few posts reminded me of something.  Here's a funny story about beepers.  My group of friends all had the standard ones shown earlier in the thread.  Then we went to the next level and got the motorola's that had news and a service you could call and they would send a text message.  It always sounded like nice young women who were working in these call centers.  Well a bunch of us worked at a pizzeria and would fool with them.  Someone would call the number and a few of us would be in the back banging pans and making a racket.  The messages were always silly shit like the chair is against the wall/ john has a long mustache type of shit.  To us it was friggin hilarious when the messages would come through.  You could only imagine WTF these girls typing this shit out and listening to the racket were thinking.  Man, fun times.  The 90's ruled.

Women were actually women and you actually had to go out and mingle in order to get laid
Still could speak your mind without fear of losing your job and ruining your life well at least in the early 90's
Other than that the decade blew with one of the most vile and corrupt presidents since FDR the emergence of the nanny state we have today thanks to NAFTA and other free trade agreements we went from high paying factory jobs to low paying to entry level jobs that people had to work over 40 hours plus weekends and holidays just to after taxes and bills to have a little left over for fun yeah the 90's were a real blast all right.

This except for the AWB .

The massive amount of cheap surplus ammo on the market probably made this a bit more tolerable (at least in hindsight). I didn't get into guns until the following decade, so I really only endured the AWB for its final few years, by which time most of that surplus ammo was starting to dry up. Sure wish I'd bought more.

Noory often asks questions that the guest just answered.  He's almost phoning it in compared to Art.  Art Bell had a knack for asking questions that I would have asked.  I just think anybody, like maybe George Knapp, would have been a better choice than Noory.

I read occasional host John B. Wells was fired because he was outshining George Noory.

I've heard that too.  Wells was supposedly crushing Noory in the ratings.  I listen to John B. Wells on his Caravan to Midnight radio show frequently.  Whenever he alludes to the C2C firing he always implies that TPTB didn't like his political bent, so there's that.

I was a child and I miss how I thought about America. I miss lighting fireworks off and no one complaining, just kids being kids. I miss the times with family when we were all on the same page, no one was divided.

Most of all I miss God and wish I could be as close to him as I once was.

The 90s were my middle/high school era.

The music. I can always go back and listen to it. But talent in music kind of dried up between 2000 and now. They don’t make it like they used to.

Malls were a thing. Malls were the place to go and socialize when I was they age. Now they are either abandoned or ghetto. Well, abandoned because the area around them turned ghetto.

I was juggling several girlfriends in the 1990s, a couple of them way above my pay grade. Exhausting, but fun.

These days I'm totally grey, my dogs are my best companions, and going out for a simple weekend meal is high entertainment. The girlfriends are all gone to who knows where....
