Just did two miles in half an hour with no breaks.

I've been kind of ashamed of myself since High School because I used to run 2 in 12 back in middle school.

I've also been hitting the total gym (endorsed by Chuck Norris himself!) and my upper body has never been as rock hard.

For what it's worth, my upper body isn't as ripped as I'd like you all to believe.

You have to go through about a half inch of squishy fat to get any muscle.

Good goin! I just started this week walking 2 miles a day. As soon as I lose a few more pounds I'll try to start jogging. The diet has been goin good, lost almost 4 pounds this week.
