+1 to many (all?) of the above, but I must add:

Bend of the River (Jimmy Stewart in one of his finest IMHO.)

Rio Lobo  (one of my favorite John Wayne films, but not most folks')

Ride Beyond Vengeance   (cheesy but very enjoyable Chuck Connors movie)

... and, of course...

Wyatt Earp  (which I still think was a better film than Tombstone, which always gets me flamed here... )
