Very nice.  It looks like they're setting up all these new stores just alike.  I would have sworn this was the Ft. Worth store until I saw the Penn. Black Bear picture.

Thanks for the great pics.  Those are some of the most life like mounts I've ever seen.  That puts Bass Pro Shops HQ in Springfield, MO to shame!  And now I know where all my money goes when I pay Cabelas.

WTF.....

That looks almost exactly like the Cabelas in Kansas City.......

I have got to visit that place one day.

Thanks!

Holy shit, land must be cheap in those parts.

No store around here would waste so much space on gratuitous displays of life in the outdoors.

They're huge!  I went to the one in Ft. Worth, Texas recently.
The kids had fun seeing all the displays.  I just went for some reloading powder and supplies.
I figured that the extra three dollars per pound of powder is needed to pay for the fish food!

StarBucks.

As much as I like Cabelas, they really need to shitcan their "dead zoo" and charge less money for their Chinese-made products.

I guess so was your whiney post too then

I'd also take a guess you didn't enjoy the pics i spent an hour and a half posting so guys who never got the chance to see Cabela's could see some of a great place.

Dude, you're friggin' kidding, right?

Those PICS just make me want to get out there even more. That store's mounts put's both Bass Pro & Gander Mountain to shame.

When I die, I would like to be stuffed and mounted in store like that.   That's a good idea I think, instead of cemetaries you could stuff people and leave them in life like poses.  Bring in some of their living room funiture and have them setting on the couch all dead and stuff.

Who's got some investment capital??????

If they didnt have the "dead zoo", they'd be just another Dick's Sporting Goods.
