Hey all,

It's been a while since I posted last (several months) on a 'weight loss' update. I think I was at 213lbs last time I gave an update. Now I hover between 185lbs-190lbs and have been that way for a couple of months now. I started at 240lbs (Mar 03'). I'm very happy with my results thus far. I'm down to a 32in waist and started at 42in. It's been expensive buying all new clothes . I'm even below my regular Army (85' - 93') weight. Some people said they didn't recognize me at Gunstock 2003. I'm not concerned with dropping in weight now, but want to build more muscle mass. I've kept up with a regular regiment of pushups, sit-ups, stretching, exercise bike & walking. So far so good. I don't really diet, just eat better and exercise more if I grub too much, ha-ha.

Thanks for all the great reading in this forum guys, it has helped me a lot in the past few months.

Way to go buddy. It's nice being able to look down in the shower and see something other than a hairy belly isn't it? I know it is for me since I lost the weight.
