I suppose Arafat is in charge of the PA, and the PA is allowed a limited amount of firearms. Arafat has dictoral control over the PA, so he must have planned this?
The ship was supposed to reach a certain stop, from where smaller ships were supposed to transport the weapons into the West Bank. The people involved I mentioned above belong to the PA. Their connection to the head of the PA is direct. Their smuggling activity could not be hidden. |
