And on the other hand if today someone went into the same Wal-Mart to buy a gun and was tunred down because of how they were "acting". Those same lawyers would be suing Wal-Mart for discrimination.

Wouldn't the standard be compliance with federal statutes?  If this one makes it, the gun world may be in big trouble!  Now if this guy walked into the store in his underwear and sandals, then the store might be negligent.  However, in 1992, there was nothing that said a gun dealer had to be a psychologist (nor does it now for clarification).  

It would sicken me to see this one get anything but a settlement for $10,000.  Its a garbage suit.
