It might be the size that the letters are set at.
If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the bar at the top, click display?(3rd from the left) and you will get a drop down menu. An option for changing the size of the letters is somewhere on it. |

A t the top left of your screen go into VIEW then scroll down to TEXT SIZE and pick the size you want.
