GEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZ
another 'upgrade' from the masters..... they must be borrowing 'programers' from Yahoo..

I found out I only have 20 emails left in my account now- down from the 200 I had earlier in the week.

I'm assuming the M$ monkeys did this in connection with the 'new and improved' hotmail account with 200 MB storage- so did they just delete all the old mail on a whim???

Anyone else having this issue????

I'm a little winded...
Hotmail has a stupid cap on the number of emails that can be sent during a 24 hour period. They have a very inconvenient 2MB limit on the size of the Inbox, and MANY of the emails I've sent with my Hotmail account have either been delayed for hours or never reached the intended recipient(s). I just don't like Hotmail's service. I get a ton of spam with my Hotmail account too, much much more than with my Yahoo account. I just got a GMail invite, so I'm going to see how that goes...

ETA: I have never experienced mysterious deletion of email from my Hotmail account, but if I receive something important enough to save, I usually forward it to my home email account or an account with a higher storage capacity. I've heard about the horrors of lost/deleted emails, and I've never really trusted my Hotmail account with long-term mail storage.

You mean besides that fact that it sucks?

I'm a Google freak, so I know about Gmail- an Invite would be welcome BTW :)

I just wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue with hotmail- I know there are a lot of hotmail users here.

and Opera is much better then Mozilla IMO....

Yahoo is the way to go. I've never lost anything, and even have email from 4 years ago! You get 100MB max free. And it is SUPER reliable, it has seldom been down. I don't know why you folks torture yourself with Hotmail.
