I went to order some supplies from Midway and got tired of seeing that out of stock message. I sure hope the hype dies down soon.

Cause the sheep buy more loaded ammo, so that means more of us that know what we are doing will be less willing to pay these prices, so we will turn to reloading instead, which in turn will put a hit on the reloading supplies.

Got my lake city bullets fresh from the factory from "nwammoguy" here.
In fact, i just watzed into his store and came home with my bullets ready to go, no shipping charges yipee! ETA: Also got 5K of CCI 41, aka dedicated 5.56 primers from Midway this summer. |

Glad I stocked up on primers this summer. I thought it might get like the Clinton years where primers were doled out like bread in a communist country.

It must be all those reloaders that are in a panic to buy. They do not want to end up paying 25 cents per primer after Obama figures out an ammunition registration scheme that will choke off all of the ammunition, primers and powder. Components have been flying off the shelves just like the loaded ammunition has. The rush to stock up was going on well before the new king was crowned.
