Oh but we dont have freedom of religion either... There's that secret evidence which uses "classified" evidence to get you jailed! and 90 percent of the time they are used against Arabs/Muslims... and they spend years in jail without a trial too. Pretty soon we wont have freedom to bear arm either!

what about the guy thats getting put on trial for possesion of child porn becouse he wrote a story.

Guys free speech died long ago. It was shortly followed by the constituion of the US.
