I'm meeting my parents and littel brother tonight for chinese. They have this awesome chinese buffet near their apartment that has Mongolian Barbaque and real Sushi (not just California Rolls).

I just got done with a 12.5# brisket, slow roasted in the oven from 10:30am to 3pm

at work so that means China Wok for some beef sticks and white rice.
Then maybe some ham salad for a snack later. |

Just cleaned up the yard and took down the plywood. The wifey and I are hoping our fav meskin restaurant is open tonight. If not, it will be yard bird on the grill.

Wild turkey is in the oven roasting, stuffed with apples and onions.
It will be complimented with garlic smashed potatoes and gravy, acorn squash and peas.

Nothing on the pit today
 , but I did just get finished up cutting down a apple tree that was mostly dead.Now I've got apple wood for smokin!

Going out to Ruth's Chris staekhouse tonite.
Last weekend I smoked up 4 briskets with pecan. They were delicious. |
