The city council of Alexandria, Virginia unanimously voted to rename Jefferson Davis Memorial Highway and have now set up a survey for public feedback and suggestions for what to rename the road. You probably have ideas. I think Arfcom can come up with some good suggestions. How about Donald J. Trump Highway?

You should probably correct the post title. It's not Virginia, although i'm sure McAwful would love to do this. It's the City of Alexandria, located in the People's Republic of NoVa, those who are responsible for giving us McAwful.
That said, i submitted a few names 
ETA: I understand the article by Jalopnik says that, but as with most "journalists", they're more concerned with propaganda then factual information. |

Alexandria.....My surprised face.
That place has been a thorn in the side of Virginia forever, along with the rest of NoVA. I don't think it can be renamed without the GA's approval....At least not officially throughout the state. Not the whole of Virginia BTW: Today, many stretches of roadway carry Jefferson Davis’ name, but this survey only affects the highway within the city of Alexandria. |
