This method is preferred by all Tier 1 operators.  You can tell they are trained in this method by the Conceal Carry Badge they wear.

What I find funny is that all the pistols that have the widget installed all still have their sights...

If they were so confident in their product and technique, why doe the pistols still have sights?

There is not a design fault with the 1911 I can point shoot it with great accuraccy without some afro engineered POS taped to it.

"American troops were denied the use of this aiming aid for over 70 years" because the government didn't fix the design flaw in the 1911 pistol.

There should be a formal congressional inquiry to find out once and for all who was responsible for that outrage and roll the heads of those found guilty.

He has a point about the 1911.  Some folks have been known to take down the end of the slide stop pin to flush.

I was actually told about this technique by a retired State Police Lt., and he recommended that I use it for low light exercises.  I politely listened to what he said, but I never tried it.  Now don't get me wrong, he never said that I should stick a peice of angled material on my pistol, but he did describe using your middle finger as your trigger finger, pointing with your trigger finger.

Retarded..

Thumbs, fingers, BS point sighting. You get a finger or thumb blown off or disabled, how you gonna attain point this or that.

Firm grip, align the sights and squeeze.

Why not just drill a hole in the brilliant piece of plastic that lines up with the pin on that dumb old 1911 so you can stick it on there.
If sticking a piece of plastic on a 1911 will make you happy.
