Actually, from the Conference Agenda,
"General Cody will identify the joint, interdependent vision of the services and relate that to the role of VTOL rotorcraft systems. General Cody will identify the characteristics of the future force and relate that to the impact of and the impact on current and future rotorcraft operations."

Yes, he has the bearing and the demeanor, the way to relate to the troops, which makes a soldier want to follow the man.
