Bottom line is that Congress appears to be ready to secure the Southern border.  I don't have a hotlink, you have to go to thomas.loc.gov, and Search Bill Text by Bill Number, bill 4437, see it for yourselves.  As usual it's long, but I about crapped myself when I saw it.  They're actually going to do something!  I think that guy that ran in San Diego on the Close the Border issue, the minuteman, he must have kicked up a hornet's nest.
