Sgtar15, his son, Mcwarrior and I decided today would be a good day to go up in the mountains to get some quality shooting time expending large amounts of ammo. The targets. Couple of 5 gal metal cans and lots of old coolant bottles (thoroughly rinsed out) filled with water, and some "guests". Todays arsenal. Front to back: sgtar15's son, Pthfndr, sgtar15 mcwarrior on the custom KKF 22lr barrel on Colt lower with JP speed hammer and trigger and 4x scope, with Harris bipod. Zeroing the new Aimpoint ML on M4 mcwarrior practicing suppressive fire with the M4. Even with the brake it kicks up a lot of dust in front. But he's out of practice - 5.2 seconds to empty a 30 rounder with aimmed fire. The target are out of view of the camera. He is not shooting at dirt. While there we stumbled upon a group of heavily armed terrorist stuffed animals. One of them hiding behind a can went for his gun and we took him out. The results weren't pretty. Blew his stuffing out and right through the bottle behind him. And for those who think an AR is better for close in home defense than a shotgun, notice the huge hole in the can on the right. All in all we had a real fun day. Rapid fired A LOT of 223 without any hassles from LEO, rangers or strangers. So for you guys in the other 49 states who think you can't have fun with guns in CA, now you know different. Is the any better way for fathers and sons to spend a day together [:)]

Bhahaha. OK I can play this game. Of course it's all in fun right? At least I'M Trusted with gas. (new gas tax) At least I'm trusted with semi-auto black weapons. At least I'm trusted to have a mag capacity over 10 rounds. (grand-fathered law) At least I'm trusted at rifle ranges with old-school steel-jacketed rounds At least I'm trusted to carry a weapon at all times in my waist-band. Do I really need to break out a Kaliban rule book and recite all of your stupid, no logic laws that are passed by your F'd up society. I sometimes wonder if cali's in the same country. Once again, this isn't a personal attack on you, just your stupid state. Oregon is great right now, but soon it will be on it's way downhill, all of the southern cities are now infested your people's mentality, soon it will spread to the already liberal big cities in central and northern Oregon. Good day Sir.

That right there is the exact attitude which makes people not like Oregonians and prevents them from moving here. Good job and keep up the good work... [:)]

All in fun of course. BTW, I still have my Ar and 30 round mags. Yes our gun laws suck at times, but NorCal is very very conservative while Oregan is getting worse by the day. Sorry but the rejects are making their way up to your state. You should have built a wall while you had a chance( someday I may move there). On the plus side, you guys have graet roads!! Sgtar15
