VLTOR offers some huge LE discounts on all thier products.  Sage International also has the same discounts through VLTOR.  Contact them and they will send you an e-mail price list reflecting 30% off on all thier products.  $119 club foot M4 stock for $86 as an example.

Many manufactureres offer some steep discounts to Law Enforcment and have military/law enforcment purchase programs.  I ordered my Oakley Assault Gloves today from Oakley for $35.00 and they retail for $70.00.  Oakley has a program as well.

Some distributors offer 5 to 10% LE discounts, but don't be decieved.  You can go directly to the manufacturer and get 30% to 50% discounts if you show proof of peace officer status.

Even Brownell's has some good LE discounts!

Oakley actually has a Government/LE program.  If you call them up and tell them you are with Govt or LE they will send you a huge order form with all their Govt/LE products.  These include glasses, goggles, boots, and other items as well.  In the past they have required a $500 minimum order but I have placed orders for less.  The prices are great as stated in the above post.  Like it was said above they are only black frames with blacked out "O" on them.  The goggle straps don't have the white Oakley on them either.  They offer some cool "shooting arrays" with grey, yellow, and clear lenses for their M Frames.  Worth a look
