The 'victim' has since been convicted of armed robbery. It's a shame they didn't put a bullet right through those gnarly teeth.

An officer stepped forward, grabbed Jacobs by the collar and pushed her forward toward the car and then slammed her to the pavement.




It does look like collar with some weave trapped in it.




 
Yep. They could easily say it was by the collar. I didn't see anything else when it went to the ground either.

Weave, collar or back of head/neck fat roll; doesn't matter. Get the shit stain that tried to run you over and endangered anyone else on the streets.

Only regret is that the officers didn't have rifles and stopped the madness immediately with a exanguated thug.
