I don't why i keep doing this. it rips the heart out of me.  EVERY TIME.

Those guys went down the hall giving presents to our veterans.  My buddy Ed (Harley dude) was Santa.

While they did that, I sat in the great room and just talked with some other people.
It fucks me up.

One old woman gave me a cup of coffee.  I offered my scarf in exchange, but she said, "what use do i have for a scarf?".
I got Sniffy and had to use the Men's room.

To be clear, we were there for the Veterans, the people in the front room were probably not.
