Congrats! I have worked at VA for over 7 yrs, after working in private sector for 15 before that. I will never go back to private sector! We get a lot of grief, but if enough of us keep Veteran focused, then it will all work out. I beg you to NEVER say the words, "It's not my job" and if someone says, "We've always done it that way"...... remind them "New day, New way", cuz the "Old ways" need revamping!
