What's the difference btwn a cold link and hot link?

Done but IMHO Iraq will NEVER be able to self rule and our tropps will be there forever.

I say we give the Iraqis a deadline and stick to it. Like Democrats, the lazy Iraqis will be content to let us to the heavy lifting. They are on a sort of military welfare.
