As far as I'm concerned, it was Obama on the ticket.  If he wasn't able to be elected then everyone that campaigned with him (Biden) and everything that he's done should be wiped away.

We will find out within two months of Obama leaving office after his presidency (hopefully one term) that he was ineligible all along and that the Constitution needs to be amended.

I'd be absolutely shocked to see justice and respect of the Constitution in this matter.

This, by itself, is NOT evidence that he was NOT born in Hawaii. He lived overseas with his mom and the Soetoro step father for years, correct?

He could very easily just return and claim "foreign" in order to game the financial aid system. He would still pass the "born in the USA" test, but would be a liar and possibly may be prosecuted for fraud.

This isn't the story I was looking for but one of the lawsuits wants berry oprompter to produce his passport or passports because even and i stress even, if he was born in the US, when his stepfather took him to indonesia for his required 8 years of muslim indoctrination, it is a requirement that the student be a indonesian citizen and indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. If you surrender your US citizenship at any time and and you become again a US citizen at a later time, you are no longer considered a natural born citizen of the US whereby making it unconstitutional for this hack to be POTUS.
But if you have activist judges get the case in front of them, it goes nowhere

Print ShareThisWASHINGTON —  A federal judge on Thursday threw out a lawsuit questioning President Barack Obama's citizenship, lambasting the case as a waste of the court's time and suggesting the plaintiff's attorney may have to compensate the president's lawyer.

In an argument popular on the Internet and taken seriously practically nowhere else, Obama's critics argue he is ineligible to be president because he is not a "natural-born citizen" as the Constitution requires.

In response last summer, Obama's campaign posted his Hawaiian birth certificate on its Web site. But the lawsuit argues it is a fake and that Obama was actually born in his father's homeland of Kenya, even though Hawaiian officials have said the document is authentic.

"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.

The lawsuit didn't even use Obama's legal name but called him "Barry Soetoro," the name he went by while attending elementary school in Indonesia. It's one of many that has been filed claiming Obama is ineligible to serve as president.

Robertson ordered plaintiff's attorney John Hemenway of Colorado Springs, Colo., to show why he hasn't violated court rules barring frivolous and harassing cases and shouldn't have to pay Obama's attorney, Bob Bauer, for his time arguing that the case should be thrown out.
